Naked Chocolate Chip Cookie: You Can't Have Just One

We all like to have a quick snack that's delicious and healthy. Plus, if you're bulking, you need all the protein you can get. That's why I appreciate what the folks at Naked Nutrition have done with good, old-fashioned chocolate chip cookie.

Here's what you get from these freshly baked cookies:

  • 10 grams of protein (from grass-fed whey)
  • 1 gram of sugar.
  • Gluten-free.
  • Soy and GMO free.
  • 0 grams of trans fat.
  • No artificial sweeteners or flavors.
  • No high fructose corn syrup.

What I liked about the Naked Cookie is that I didn't feel guilty about eating one. Obviously, cookies aren't usually a go-to for eating healthy. I tell my kids that all the time.

But, having a sweet alternative to snack on in the middle of the afternoon is a great option. You get to a indulge your sweet tooth without the guilt and pack in some additional protein for the day. If you do what I did - and have one around 2:30 pm - it should hold you over until dinner time.

Good news: you can grab your own protein cookies on Amazon. Not a bad way to treat yourself any time of year!

Conclusion: You Have To Try Naked Cookie

With Christmas coming up, why not stock up on cookies that are actually good for you (and your gains). While you're at it, leave a few for Santa on Christmas Eve. The big guy might need a protein boost for his busy night.
