new workouts to try

With the New Year coming in, people all over the world will be setting resolutions to meet their fitness goals. Getting in shape is one of the most common resolutions that people make, and is also one of the most common ones that they break! The reason people cut a lot of these regimes is that they lack the motivation to go through with it.

Workout regimes don’t need to be tedious and incredibly stressful. They are meant to give you a break and also are intended to be refreshing. Working out shouldn’t be a chore, and preferably something that you want to do. If you find the right workout, that you like doing, you might just about stick to your routine and go through with your New Year’s resolution.

If you are thinking of getting into shape, here are a few workout regimes that are easy to implement, and also incredibly effective.

Dance Workouts

Dancing is one of the best ways to keep in shape and shake away the weight. There are several kinds of dance workouts that you can try out. Dancing is a brilliant stress reliever and helps you let loose for the one hour that you dance for every day. Things like Zumba are excellent for those who want to want a targeted dance workout that works well.

Things like belly dancing and Bollywood dancing are also fun ways to exercise and work on every part of your body. Almost all kinds of dance also help you tone up your muscles, making them stronger. You also build up your stamina as you dance, which can help you immensely over time.

7 Minute Workouts

The 7 Minute Workouts is brilliant for people who don’t have that much time on their hands but want to get a full workout done. The seven-minute workout is a highly intensive workout that is designed to work on every part of your body. The seven minutes might be one of the most tiring when you just start it out but get easier as you do the workout more and more.

The workout has been scientifically proven to work, and celebrities all over are adopting this to stay in shape. There are several apps to help you track the exercises that you need to do, which can help you keep track of your workout better.

Co-Workouts

If you hate working out alone and need someone by your side to keep you motivated, co-workouts are the way to go. A co-workouts is a workout that is done by two people, working on their bodies together. Co-workouts are designed to target your entire body and give you an entire exercise, rather than just one targeted area.

The co-workouts are meant to build cardio and strength and can be incredible for toning up your body in a natural way. The number of gyms that incorporate this kind of workouts is limited, but there are several guides online that you can check out to start this out with a friend.

Walking

Believe it or not, but an hour of brisk walking can help you tone up your body just as fast as the seven-minute exercise would. With how easy this is, and with FitBits and step counters making their way to the mainstream, walking is going to become one of the more popular workouts in the coming year.

You don’t have to pay for gym memberships, you don’t have to buy expensive equipment, and you get your dose of fresh air that you need to stay healthy. If you don’t like walking alone, find a group of friends and go for a walk together to have a more fun workout session.

Virtual Boxing

With the growth of technology, the fitness industry too has been trying to incorporate this to improve the efficiency of the tools that they provide. With virtual reality making its way into our homes, virtual boxing games are a good way to experience this new realm, while still staying in shape.

Virtual reality boxing games allow you to track your movements and your statistics, so you can keep track of the progress that you are making. Boxing has always been a great way to tone up your body and stay in shape, and merging this with virtual reality is just another way to stay in shape while having fun.

It is always important to find a workout regime that you like and stick with it. If you are unsure of what you like, try out a few workouts and see which one of them fits you the best. The most important thing is not to give up. This can be the year that you go through with your New Year’s resolution.

I’d say I’m into walking but might try dancing if I have folks to do it with me. My back pain might need all the movements to go away.
