Some however, like to go in hard with their workout, and train a range of different muscles during each session. It’s important that you find your style, and you make sure that your style suits your end goal.
If you’re looking to lose weight, then you need to focus more on cardio, but also doing weights. If you’re looking to tone up, you should reduce the level of cardio, but make sure you’re increasing your weights. To build muscle, you should be focusing on as little cardio as possible, making sure you do only enough to maintain muscle growth rather than weight gain.
It’s going to take a lot of dedication and commitment if you want to reach your goal. The best thing you can do is have an actual goal to work towards. Create yourself a time frame, it usually works a lot better. So you might have a holiday coming up, a wedding etc. it doesn’t matter what it is, as long as it gives you some long terms motivation to actually stick to what you’re doing.
